Day 1: Wednesday / Mexico City In

Welcome to Mexico! Arrival at Mexico International Airport Mexico City is considered one of the largest cities in the world, on a par with Seoul and Tokyo. Day 2: Thuesday / Mexico City

Founded about 500 years before the birth of Christ, the city grew and dominated the valleys of Oaxaca until 750 AD. For over a millennium it was the capital of the "people of the clouds", the Zapotecs. Monte Albán was the epicenter of their culture and a place of divine worship. It is the largest archaeological site in Oaxaca. Day 6: Monday / Tehuantepec / Sumidero Canyon (350km – 5h30) / San Cristobal De Las Casas (60km – 1h30)
